Introducing the PillBarrel™

I created The PillBarrel™ for those who struggle with pill bottles to take pills everyday. The design is being re-vamped and pre-orders are expected to start July 2023

The Story

My Name is Robin Leah OShell. I invented this product for my sister.

It all started with my big sister. Her pill bottle and meds stress her out, because her hands were already shaky. It could be challenging for her to just get one pill. She came up with a request for something that turned into the PillBarrel™ - and I know that I could turn that invention and prototype for her into something real for everyone - using my design and engineering background. Next thing I know, I have a physical prototype that is super functional. It has sleek design, and it fits her needs.

We’re Serious!

One step at a time...

Robin Leah OShell is redeveloping the apparatus and now there are more than three designs of this item! O’Shell  is actively seeking registered trademarks for PillBarrel™.

The next step is to fund production at scale so OShell can bring the cost down. Quality and safety come before speed and profit. It’s worth the wait. Thanks for considering supporting this kickstarter campaign.

Our Innovation

We want to make life better.

The PillBarrel™ is the result of a rigorous development cycle, pairing industrial design with a personal passion.   I scrapped the first version, because I didn’t feel like it was the best it could be yet.

The second generation is in testing, and we intend to take orders early July.

I am excited to see this innovative product on the market and look forward to its positive impact on users, caregivers, and health professionals.

Here are some of our pre-delivery prototypes and packaging.  Estimated delivery dates are July 2023.
